The name of the Trust shall be Dr. NAC NAAMASANKEERTHANA Trust

1. Objects of the Trust
   • The Trust shall have its objects to provide educational assistance to poor and needy in general and particular to give free food, clothing, shelter and medical assistance to the old age irrespective of Cast, Creed and Religion
   • To run Clinics, Nursing Homes and Hospitals for the purpose of medical assistance to the poor and needy
   • To render financial assistance to from the funds of the Trust to the poor and needy
   • To propagate and  advertise the activities of the Trust in various modes in order to enable the message of the Trust reach the deserving persons.
   • To provide medical assistance to the disabled crippled, blind, deaf, dump, mentally retarded or otherwise handicapped persons.
   • To consult classes, seminars and lectures about the degenerative diseases in general and diabetic in particular
   • To publish any books and other materials for the advancement of the education, to grand stipend, scholarships, fees, books, transport, clothing etc., to deserving candidates purely on merit basis for the promotion of their education.
   • To take over any society, trust and institution which has similar objects
   • To open, establish or maintain orphanages or homes for the aged, handicapped, mentally retarded and widows.
   • To provide food, clothing and shelter to the deserving people affected by natural calamities.
   • To spent on the objects which are charitable in nature or for the public utility within the meaning of the Income Tax Act.
   • To render assistance to the people, Central and State government during the event of natural calamities, terrorist attack, war etc.
